Collection Statement

“Somewhat cool, a little angry, pretty and ugly too. Inspired by the future, human struggle, earthly beauty and ‘imperfections’ this collection dives into the modern day existence. Impact, conversation, and creating aesthetics is the overall goal of my collection, as I express my personal/human struggles that include, bullying, objectification, suicide and social issues. I have personally have always struggled with my identity, not only as an artist but who I am as a person. Not only with how I want to be perceived, but how I want to communicate and the legacy I want to leave. This collection came shortly after I had my ‘Call to Authenticity’ moment per se. That I am unafraid of the ‘Hard’ & ‘Not for the dinner table’ conservations which is the theme sewn throughout this collection. Humans are messy… so let’s talk about it, and that maybe we can take one step closer to a world with better understanding, with greater empathy.”
